About Our Company
Our History and Experience
PAYE for Nannies Ltd is a small family company, based in Norfolk, which has been providing specialist payroll services for over twenty two years. Every month we process payrolls for several thousand clients from all backgrounds, including politics, the law, TV presenters and personalities, and people from the world of sport. Although we primarily run payrolls for individuals who employ nannies, we handle a great many payrolls for other employers who have other domestic staff (gardeners, chauffeurs, chefs etc.) and a significant number of small businesses in different sectors. These range from operators of care homes, a car showroom, firms of solicitors and even a couple of parish councils. We are small enough to offer a considerable degree of flexibility to meet individual requirements and are dedicated to offering high levels of personal service. As we do not have the high overheads of other, much larger nanny payroll companies we can offer a similar, fully-featured service at a very much lower price and prospective clients should note that we never sacrifice quality for cost reduction. In fact we like to think we offer a higher quality, more personal service at a lower cost.
The team
The Paye for Nannies team are experienced, qualified and all have a refreshing “nothing is too much” attitude to our work for you. The entire team is at your disposal and it’s these people that you are trusting with your payroll work. Each of the departmental managers below runs a team of highly experienced staff the majority of whom will have been with our company for over ten years. This experience means that we have a solid team who can deal with all unexpected or the more usual day to day issues that will arise during your time as an exployer.
Bill
Director
Bill founded the company in 2002 and has been involved in running payrolls for domestic staff since the late 1990’s. Prior to founding the company, he worked as a management consultant for many years operating in both the public and private sectors.
Philip
Director
After studying maths at Cambridge University, Philip worked in IT in Yorkshire for eight years, specialising in retail and SME support and innovation. He moved to Norfolk with his young family and joined PAYE for Nannies in 2007.
Nikki
New Clients Department
Nikki runs the New Clients department and has many years of experience in payroll. She has been with the company for over 18 years. She worked abroad as a professional dancer for some years in her early career before working as a manager in a local business with responsibility for the payroll.
Lise
Leavers Department
Lise manages the department dealing with Leavers and Statutory Payments. She has been with the company for over 10 years, having previously been in charge of the payroll for a large international company operating just outside London.
Victoria
Pensions Department
Victoria heads the team dealing with all aspects of set-up and operation of employer pension schemes for our clients. She has also been with the company for over 10 years. Before joining PAYE for nannies, Victoria managed a retail shop and had several years experience of staff payroll.
Jane
Payroll Department
Jane manages the payroll department and is responsible for the production of all payslips on a month to month basis. She has been with PAYE for Nannies for over 10 years. Prior to joining us, she worked as the payroll manager for a local company.
Bill
Director

New Clients Department
Nikki runs the New Clients department and has many years of experience in the payroll sector. She has been with the company for over 15 years, She worked as a professional dancer in Jersey and in Cyprus for some years in her early career before working as a manager in a local Norfolk business operating in the hospitality sector where she had responsibility for the staff payroll.
Lise

Lise manages the department dealing with Leavers and Statutory Payments. She has been with the company for over 10 years, having previously been in charge of the payroll for a large international company operating just outside London.
